Italian Rice Balls
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup Soya Kaas Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cups whole wheat bread crumbs (reserve 1 cup
- ½ teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 6 teaspoons egg replacer mixed with
- 8 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients. (If rice is hot, you do not need egg replacer.) Form into balls. Roll in bread crumbs. Brown in a little olive oil, or bake in 350° oven until brown.
