The blessing of Yahweh makes one rich
“The blessing of Yahweh makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.” Proverbs 10:22. Lucifer was the next in honor to God in heaven. He became jealous of God and wanted the angels to worship him. Lucifer desired to be first in power and authority having rulership over all the angels in heaven. This was a temptation for him and he had ambition to seek after God's position. After Satan was removed from heaven he tempted our first parents to seek after self-indulgence and ambition. Adam and Eve found that this ambition lead only to sorrow and loss of the close connection to their loving God. Those who make self-glorification their aim will find themselves destitute of the grace of God and true riches.
